Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to Eddy! Eddy travelled to Gautemala last Friday and will be returning tomorrow. He called yesterday and checked in with us. He is having a nice visit, even though he is a little frustrated by his inability to communicate. It looks like some family Spanish classes are in our future. He got in safely and met Alexander and Miriam!

He was amazed by Alexander's content personality and curiousity. He said "Natalie, he NEVER cries and is always observing things!" Of course, I did not have the heart to tell him he never cries because Miriam is there! Eddy also loves his big brown eyes.

He also noted Alexander's beauty contestant wave and independent streak. It sounds like they were fast buddies.

Eddy was debating heading to Antigua for a day trip today. We look forward to getting Daddy back tomorrow and all of us being together soon. Too bad we cannot bring Miriam along to live in our guest room!
